Guardian Booth to Relocate to Pennsylvania After Acquiring Homes by Keystone

Guardian Booth, the leading manufacturer of prefabricated booths and customized workspaces, has announced its plan to expand its product offering by acquiring Homes by Keystone. In addition, the company will relocate its headquarters to Waynesboro, Franklin County, Pennsylvania from Orangeburg, New York to create a new flagship manufacturing facility.

Guardian Booth has committed to invest $4.5 million in this relocation project and will create 33 new and full-time jobs with this relocation and retain current employees of Homes by Keystone. “Our strategic directive was to expand our geographical reach to support customers throughout the mid-Atlantic, northeast, Midwest, and southeast while increasing our manufacturing footprint over the next few years; Franklin County was the perfect fit in terms of location. We feel lucky to have found Homes by Keystone which has lots of synergy to our existing business model and allows Guardian Booth to expand its portfolio into modular prefabricated homes,” said Abraham Taub, owner, and chief executive officer of Guardian Booth.

Guardian Booth has been awarded the funding proposal by the Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) in Pennsylvania. It has received $271,000, which includes a $165,000 Pennsylvania grant and a $106,000 workforce development grant to train workers.

Guardian Booth specializes in the design and manufacturing of customized prefabricated booths for parking attendants, guards, ticket vendors, and cashiers. The company also provides modular office and portable security enclosures upon request. The team at Guardian Booth has invested in research and manufacturing, which helps it build high-quality booths.
